In the middle of Japanese week.
I cook Japanese food as dinner today too.
Meanwhile, I have noticed something for a long time.
>>> Boy doesn’t have dinner at all! <<<
Though something Nana cooked, even if it’s something his father cooked, he almost never finishes his meal.
If he eats half of it, it’s great
In terrible cases, he has only a few bites or even looks at the food and says, ”I don’t like it” and tries to leave without eating. (As expected, I tell him to eat at least a little at that time.)
Even though I decided on the dinner menu considering kids and cultural differences, and spend an hour or more cooking it, the meal is finished in less than a minute, sometimes in just a few seconds.
And on days when he didn’t have dinner at all, I felt a little sorry, though it’s not my fault.
Therefore, I thought.
>>> Let’s make him “Gourmet Boy” <<<
Mr. Gourmet Boy has a very strict tongue, so it is rare for him to have a lot of food. That’s why, the idea is that on days when he has a lot, I will be very happy that he liked it.
Next time, I’ll introduce the dishes I cooked during Japanese week through a record of mine and Gourmet Boy’s struggle.
